Pro neziskovky je to zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00ed t\u00e9ma: <\/span><b>\u010dasto cht\u011bj\u00ed zm\u011bnit chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 jen\u017ee to nejde jen pouh\u00fdm informov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Je to i pro online aktivity \u2013 t\u0159eba fundraising, a vlastn\u011b v\u0161ude, kde je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, aby se n\u011bco v chov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed opravdu pohnulo.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Jak m\u016f\u017ee behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup pomoci nap\u0159\u00edklad ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch kampan\u00edch nebo p\u0159i aktivizaci ve\u0159ejnosti?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch kampan\u00ed bych neziskovky sp\u00ed\u0161e odrazoval. Jsou \u010dasto zalo\u017een\u00e9 na p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee lid\u00e9 n\u011bco ned\u011blaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee nev\u00ed, \u017ee by to m\u011bli d\u011blat nebo nev\u00ed jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdhody takov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ale to v\u011bt\u0161inou nen\u00ed pravda \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s v\u00edme o \u0159ad\u011b v\u011bc\u00ed co bychom m\u011bli d\u011blat, ale stejn\u011b to ned\u011bl\u00e1me. Znalosti jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, ale je to jen jeden z \u0159ady faktor\u016f, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje na\u0161e chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed je se oprostit od p\u0159edstavy, \u017ee nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je lidi informovat a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat o tom co a pro\u010d maj\u00ed d\u011blat, a pak \u010dekat, \u017ee se n\u011bjak magicky zm\u011bn\u00ed. Mnohem d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je pochopit, co jim v tom vlastn\u011b br\u00e1n\u00ed a co by je mohlo motivovat \u2013 a pr\u00e1v\u011b tam behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup boduje. P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si na\u0161i p\u0159\u00edru\u010dku \u2013 ano, zabere v\u00e1m to p\u00e1r hodin, ale pokud ji pot\u00e9 vyu\u017eijete tak v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee u\u0161et\u0159it a\u017e m\u011bs\u00edce ne moc efektivn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. P\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu a realizaci projekt\u016f<\/span><b> postupujte systematicky, krok za krokem \u2013 p\u0159\u00edru\u010dka v\u00e1s povede<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
